Global Outplacement & Expat Career Coach/Job Search Strategist (part-time, contract), Singapore

We are seeking a contract career coach based in Singapore to support our Relocation and Outplacement services, assisting employees who have been made redundant. The coach will work one-on-one with displaced employees, using IMPACT Group's methodologies and technology. This part-time, remote role involves approximately 30 to 40 hours per month.

Responsibilities

1. Build rapport and motivate participants to achieve their career goals.
2. Guide clients through coaching processes and milestones.
3. Advise on career development, transition issues, and options.
4. Coach on CV/resume writing, marketing techniques, interview preparation, and negotiation skills.
5. Maintain electronic records of services provided.
6. Monitor progress and provide personalized advice to improve job search skills.
7. Address personal issues affecting career transitions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience coaching job seekers.
• Proficiency in resume development, interview prep, LinkedIn, and job search strategies.
• Experience working with job seekers in Singapore.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills (English/Mandarin) are a plus.
• Understanding of Singaporean business and cultural practices.
• Resides or works in Singapore.
• High-speed internet, headset with microphone, and ability to work remotely.
• Experience with diverse professions and levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related fields.
• Cross-cultural experience; facilitation, coaching, and business coaching skills.
• Coaching certification or training.
• Familiarity with Zoom & MS Teams; own reliable internet and equipment.
• Experience with relocation or having relocated internationally is a plus.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Mandarin is advantageous.
