We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a background in pure foundry manufacturing. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, enhancing quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic semiconductor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Drive the team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, manufacturing best practices, and procedural compliance across production areas.
Monitor and analyze process performance data to maintain stable and efficient manufacturing operations.
Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis, implementing effective corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization.
Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across processes and workflows.
Collaborate with peers to explore and implement improvement projects at the operational level.
Design and implement training programs to enhance operator skill sets and flexibility.
Provide mentoring and lead by example in fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Serve as the manufacturing representative in discussions with external stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular reports on production issues and improvement progress to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing or foundry industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
