https://wd3.myworkday.com/lifung/d/inst/1$9925/9925$22187.htmld Meiyume has an active One ERP project that runs for two years where 100+ legacy software applications, 7 individual ERP systems and various HR applications will be streamlined and reduced into one common platform globally for 1,100+ team members, across eight countries globally. This role is critical to ensure the future technology development platform of this One ERP project has been fully considered and appropriately configured. The technology team’s goal is to automate the IT landscape whilst delivering increased business value as we move towards a regional and global way of working. A strong emphasis is placed on people, process, and technology to ensure the best outcomes are always in mind for the greater business whilst emphasizing strong business partnering and ownership. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion and Java Script and should have worked on multiple Oracle implementation projects. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and Oracle Cloud database
services.
Key Results / Accountabilities:
Application Development and Delivery
- Design, develop, and test Oracle Fusion applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies that meet global business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or EBusiness Suite and other applications using Oracle Integration Cloud
- Customize and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business needs.
- Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies such as Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Understand best middleware technology for business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Deliver high-quality software solutions within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
Innovation and Improvement
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and development practices to improve application performance and enhance functionality.
- Propose innovative solutions to business challenges, contributing to the competitive edge of the organization.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
- Address and rectify bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate effectively with local and global project teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and coordinated effort in application development.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging feedback from users regarding their experiences with implemented solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner tailored for diverse audiences.
Customer Satisfaction
- Engage with internal or external customers to gather and understand their requirements and feedback.
- Ensure that the developed applications meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of functionality, usability, and reliability.

- Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in software development, including data protection and cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure application compliance with global regulations affecting the business or industry.
Project Management
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
- Effectively manage project resources and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, system architecture, and API documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Performance Tuning and Scalability
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Address scalability challenges proactively, ensuring the applications can handle growth in users and data volume.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT support, marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure applications align with broader business strategies and objectives.

- Technology vendors / suppliers.
Education and Experience (MUST HAVE)
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle development or software development roles.
- Demonstrable experience with Oracle application development.
- Experience delivering Applications on Oracle Visual Studio Builder or comparable IDE.
- Strong proven experience in code development practices (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with Application integration projects using SOAP, REST API, FTP
- Experience with Oracle Fusion/ Oracle Cloud platform
Preferred Criteria (NICE TO HAVE)
- Experience in project management methodologies; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experienced in manufacturing or B2B industry is an absolute advantage.
Economic Dimensions associated with role (if any):
- Provide forecast quarterly to Manager – Applications on upcoming spend for the application projects, vendors, and internal costs.
Country / Cluster Specific Information:
Full responsibility for ensuring the highest possible availability of the business computing environment at Meiyume locations globally through effective design, implementation, and support. Any interruption or outage of any component of this environment could cause an immediate discontinuance in the ability for:
- Manufacturing sites to manufacture products,
- Warehouses / distribution centres to ship products and receive raw materials,
- Offices to communicate using tools such productivity tools and critical ERP systems.
In short, Meiyume’s business could come to an immediate halt if the responsibilities of this position are not executed to an extremely high level of standard. The cost impact of such an outage would far exceed the annual budget for which the position maintains responsibility.
