Position Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of a global logistics service offering related to ship spare parts.

Key Position Accountabilities

The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

1. Establishment and development of a new line of business
2. Manage the global transport logistics of ship spares
3. Organize and coordinate cargo shipments, transshipment, and other logistics services
4. Build and maintain a robust global network of suppliers and customers
5. Request quotes, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards
6. Optimize logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency
7. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, export regulations, and international standards
8. Prepare shipping documents and coordinate transportation
9. Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and subcontractors
