Strategic Leadership
Drive enterprise-wide operational resilience initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and the bank’s global strategy.
Crisis & Resiliency Program Management
Design, lead, and implement comprehensive strategies to strengthen global operational resiliency and crisis response.
Risk & Control Oversight
Establish robust frameworks to identify and mitigate critical risks, support risk self-assessments, and improve control processes.
Governance & Compliance
Contribute SME-level guidance on resilience standards and ensure global compliance with evolving regulations.
️ 15+ years of experience in operational resiliency, crisis management, or enterprise risk (including 7+ years in senior leadership roles)
️ Background in banking or financial services (preferred)
️ Expertise in both first and second lines of defense across operational risk
️ Track record of working with global senior stakeholders, including C-suite and board members
️ Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance best practices
Salary: SGD300K base (depending on location)
