Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of Global Mobility experience in a global organization.
• Experience in a corporate Global Mobility function.
• Knowledge of mobility pillars: tax, immigration, relocation, and business traveler compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobility programs across the Americas with global SMEs on tax, immigration, relocation, and cross-border remote work.
• Manage temporary relocations, remote work, and crisis management scenarios.
• Collaborate with vendors to advise on complex mobility matters across regulatory contexts.
• Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and workforce integrations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen mobility programs with scalable solutions.
