Job summary

Lumina Advisory & Global Search PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior MIS leader to transform and strengthen the Group's technology environment and MIS operating model across multiple countries and businesses.

The role requires turning ambiguity into a practical transformation roadmap while maintaining technical depth for critical issues. The MIS Manager will drive governance, integration, standardization and strategic technology decisions, ensuring continuity and alignment with business goals across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT/MIS experience, including at least 5 years in a management or technology leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience leading IT/MIS transformation, restructuring, integration, centralization or significant organizational change.
• Strong experience in multinational, multi-country or multi-business environments.
• Strong technical foundation across Linux, Windows, macOS, enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, databases, identity management, systems integration and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS transformation, organizational restructuring and governance across the Group.
• Translate business direction into technology priorities, investments and executable plans.
• Establish group-wide MIS governance, standards and controls across countries and units.
• Own architecture and integration strategies across servers, storage, APIs, databases and cloud platforms.
• Lead Linux and open-source technology stewardship, with governance and security.
