Job summary

Standard Chartered is offering a 10-week summer internship across our Financial Markets teams in Singapore. You’ll work on real business challenges, gain exposure to Sales, Trading, Structuring, Financing risk, Research and more, and develop essential skills with senior mentors.

You’ll be part of a skills-first program designed to accelerate your career, supported by managers, buddies and a strong network as you explore potential graduate roles with us.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student eligible to intern in June 2027.
• Able to intern in June 2027 and start full time in July 2028.
• Permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Curious about financial markets and the global economy.

Responsibilities

• Work on real challenges across Sales, Trading, Structuring and more.
• Collaborate with global teams and mentors on live projects.
• Develop technical, professional and behavioural skills over 10 weeks.
• Gain exposure to clients, products and international networks.
