• Trusted legal partner to the global market franchise, to provide legal advice and support to the Global Markets with focus on covering FICC desk.
• Draft and review of term sheets, final transaction documentation and related pitch and other material for structured derivative transactions and products to our client.
• Product and transactional related advisory to AeJ GM and corporate stakeholders with focus on FICC related products and initiatives.
• Legal advice and coverage on ad hoc and situational matters with scope to assist team members from time to time.
