Job summary

Societe Generale is offering a two-year Global Markets graduate program in Singapore that blends Sales, Trading, and Structuring tracks. Fresh graduates will join a structured development path to build foundations in equities, fixed income, currencies, and multi-asset solutions.

You will work across Sales, Trading, and Pricer/Structurer streams, supporting desks, pricing, and execution while developing technical and market-facing skills in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university with excellent academic results.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years' working experience after graduation.
• Passionate for a long-term career development in the banking industry.
• Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Superior analytical, critical-thinking and communications skills.
• Self-motivated, mature, and possessing a strong drive for excellence.

• Good coding skills (for example VBA and/or Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Assistant, you will service different types of clienteles (Hedge Funds, Corporates, China Desk) or asset classes (Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives).
• As a Trading Assistant, you will support the desks covering Flow Products, Exotic Products or Prime Brokerage activities across the relevant asset classes (Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Listed and OTC Equities).
• As a Pricer / Structurer Assistant, you will support the design, pricing and execution of structured solutions across different asset classes, working closely with Sales and Trading to deliver tailored investment products to a range of clients, while assisting in transaction pricing, risk analysis and hedging across the full lifecycle of structuring and pricing.
• During the two-year program, intensive and comprehensive talent management approach will be adopted to develop your skills and professional expertise.
