THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE…

The Global Marketing Manager – Hair Care based in Singapore will play a strategic role in achieving our goal of doubling our business through purposeful communication, disruptive science-driven innovation, and impactful results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

UI is a top business unit for Unilever, making category growth strategically important. The role oversees brands like Dove, TRESemmé, Clear, Sunsilk, Shea Moisture, Lifebuoy, etc.

  • Craft purposeful communication for key brands across global markets—deep consumer empathy and inquisitiveness.
  • Develop impactful, science-supported innovations—challenge the status quo with "why not?" mindset.
  • Create desirability by owning every part of the marketing mix—aiming for over 50 innovations in the market annually across countries.
  • Drive business growth with a beauty-driven financial model—engage in strategic discussions and share views confidently with senior leaders.
  • Represent UI’s Hair Care business with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and develop a team, building future UI Beauty & Wellbeing leaders.
  • Have a strong desire to do something exceptional in life.
