DuPont Water Solutions seeks a Global Marketing Leader for Reverse Osmosis (RO) to define and drive the global growth strategy across industrial water and wastewater, municipal water, desalination, and drinking water markets. The role reports to the Global Marketing Director and leads strategy, portfolio direction, and commercial execution across regions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with commercial acumen, marketing leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial leadership function.
• Demonstrated success leading through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience traveling up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global market-back growth strategies across key RO segments.
• Drive profitable growth through product and service innovations and lifecycle offerings.
• Establish and optimize global channel architecture and go-to-market models.
• Lead a global network of Marketing Managers and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, Strategy, MarCom, and R&D.
• Monitor revenue growth, market share, and pipeline health, and drive pricing and portfolio optimization decisions.
