Job description

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Leader to drive our brand and growth strategy in the fast-moving world of enterprise technology and IT/OT convergence. Based in our Singapore HQ, you'll work directly with senior leadership to lead strategic marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, and partnerships.

This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketing professional with a solid grasp of both marketing and technology, who enjoys leading a team and building impactful campaigns in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness and generate demand
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team across content, digital, design, and events
  • Oversee digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, and more) and SEO to drive qualified leads
  • Shape product messaging and go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales and product teams
  • Manage events, trade shows, and channel co-marketing initiatives with partners like Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Maintain a strong digital presence through CMS tools (Sitecore preferred) and website optimization
  • Measure marketing effectiveness using analytics tools and continuously improve ROI
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business, and a background or strong understanding in Engineering and Technology
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in a Senior role leading tech, ideally with IT/OT or enterprise solutions
  • Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional campaigns
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Sitecore, HubSpot, GA4)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Must have experience in conducting global marketing campaigns
  • Must have experience in participating in global marketing events
  • Must have a proven track record of organising and managing marketing booths at Global Trade Exhibitions in multiple countries.
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel to India, MEA, APAC, Japan, and the USA.
Preferred:
  • Advanced Degree with Double Major in Engineering & Marketing/Business from a reputed University
  • Experience in high-growth or regional/global B2B technology firms
  • Familiarity with the Global markets
  • Lived in multiple countries
  • Should have lived or travelled to India, MEA, APAC, Japan, and the USA for business purposes.
