Job summary

HAIDA UNITED MARINE SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites fresh graduates to join its Marine Division as a Marine Operations & Technical Support Executive, providing operational, documentation and administrative support for marine survey and consultancy assignments in Singapore.

The role coordinates with in-house and regional teams, prepares reports and maintains records while developing industry knowledge. Structured on-the-job training and exposure to international assignments are provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in marine services or project coordination is a plus but not required.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

Support the daily administration and smooth operation of the Marine Division.
Register and follow up on marine survey and consultancy instructions.
Coordinate assignments with surveyors, clients, vessel owners and service providers.
Manage marine service documents, vessel information and technical materials.
Track vessel schedules, survey arrangements and report deadlines.
Prepare, format and check survey reports and correspondence.
Maintain assignment registers, schedules, quotations and invoices.
Liaise with headquarters and regional teams to ensure efficient follow-up.
