Qualifications

• Masters/PhD in chemical/biological engineering or related field.
• Hands-on GMP manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with global manufacturing operations and regulatory inspections (FDA/EMA) an asset.
• Strong track record in leading cross‑functional teams and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily upstream/downstream manufacturing operations at mature facilities.
• Lead project execution to meet quality, GMP, and schedule requirements.
• Drive technology transfer and scale-up initiatives between sites.
• Deploy operating model and standards at overseas sites and build high‑performing teams.
• Foster cross‑regional collaboration and effective resource allocation.
