• Senior leadership experience in manufacturing with international exposure.
• Strong track record in planning, budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean transformation, continuous improvement and OPEX programs.
• Cross-functional leadership across operations, supply chain and finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short and long-term manufacturing plans.
• Lead KPI tracking and reporting with balanced scorecard metrics.
• Drive capacity optimization and footprint strategy across sites and technologies.
• Lead Lean transformation and cross-functional partnerships for global sites.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and responsive operations.
• Champion Lean culture with technology enablement and execution.
• Provide leadership to a large, diverse workforce (2,200 FTE).
