Global Management Trainee Programme

This comprehensive 18-months Management Trainee Programme is drawn up with real immersive learning experience and will equip you with a holistic view of the business that will lead you to a leadership role.

You will get to develop your skills through hands-on training and experience in various departments and locations within a global organization, as well as gain an overall understanding of the inter-relationships between the various functions across the organization by being involved in projects that will make a direct impact on the company’s performance.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll be placed to support and manage one of our many customer sites within ISS.
