• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment or Process.
• Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence indirect leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and applying resources effectively.
• Experienced mentor, team builder, and motivator.

Responsibilities

• Support the site by mobilizing Central Teams SME to support priorities.
• Help the site meet targets on MAE programs across pillar programs.
• Build and implement processes to improve global %UD/SD performance.
• Collaborate with SMAI to integrate systems for Equipment Performance improvement.
• Lead the team to deliver benchmarking strategies to close gaps.
