SATAIR PTE. LTD. seeks a Process & Performance Manager to drive and improve performance within its Warehouses across Singapore, Dubai, and China. The role focuses on end-to-end process governance, data-driven decisions, and KPI dashboard ownership using Palantir Foundry.

You will lead improvement initiatives, perform root cause analysis with warehouse teams and stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through LEAN/AOS initiatives.

Competenze

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Knowledge of LEAN fundamentals and performance management.
• Knowledge of AOS and Six Sigma would be advantageous.
• Data analytics, data visualization, automation and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence applications/tools.
• Experience in Python or similar, including data manipulation and dashboarding.
• Experience in project management.

Mansioni

• Manage and improve performance for Warehouses in Singapore, Dubai & China.
• Drive performance management within Global E2E process governance.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews at regional/global level.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (Palantir Foundry).
• Conduct data analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
