is seeking a Global Logistics Business Process Engineer to drive process excellence and digital transformation across planning, procurement, inventory, and enterprise systems. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, collaborating with global teams to translate strategy into structured programs, deliver measurable outcomes, and realize value across the supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Industrial Eng, Ops Management, Business or related.
• Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain, BPM, Process Excellence or Transformation.
• Deep logistics and cross-functional process management expertise.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across global, matrixed orgs.
• Prefer PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Translate broad strategies into structured programs addressing key challenges.
• Develop scalable solutions with robust business cases and value realization plans.
• Advise leadership on operational issues, goals, and improvement opportunities.
• Operate independently to set priorities and drive initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end global logistics processes optimization.
• Apply advanced methodologies to high-impact process challenges.
• Serve as SME and technical contributor within the area of responsibility.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept to realization.
• Define scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Partner across functions to identify challenges and standardize processes.
• Influence decisions with data-driven recommendations and insights.
