Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage logistics strategies for exports from Asia to global markets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Organize and execute express, air, and sea freight shipments while maintaining full tracking and documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all documentation related to international shipping, customs clearance, and compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, internal procurement teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas offices to resolve operational issues.
• Review and assess logistics plans prepared by team members, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the logistics team, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement training plans to upskill the team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly logistics data and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a logistics or supply chain team.
• Solid understanding of international shipping processes, customs regulations, and global trade compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
