You will coordinate initiatives, track issues and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders in origin and overseas offices.

The role requires strong coordination, analytical and communication skills, with experience in banking governance and audit remediation. This is a global remit within UOB's regional framework.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, governance, audit, project coordination or process improvement.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in wholesale banking or governance functions is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation of Group initiatives across GWB units, subsidiaries and overseas branches, including stakeholder engagement, issue resolution and progress reporting.
• Coordinate governance and audit remediation activities, maintain action trackers and monitor remediation progress.
• Review credit and operational processes, identify opportunities for process improvement and support control implementations.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and analysis for governance forums and regional meetings.
• Support process and system enhancement initiatives, including business readiness and UAT activities.
• Assist ad-hoc projects across the region.
