Job description

The Global Lead, Affluent Digital Marketing (Wealth and Retail Banking) will be responsible for driving integrated global digital and social marketing campaigns focused on the Affluent and Emerging Affluent segments. This role ensures strategic alignment with broader business objectives and delivers seamless, data-driven customer experiences across channels. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with a proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end global marketing campaigns, demonstrating strong expertise in SEM, SEO, display, media operations, websites, and MarTech platforms (especially Adobe Suite), as well as social media for brand and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies informed by affluent customer insights.
  • Lead "test and scale" pilots across markets to optimize content formats, platforms, and digital touchpoints.
  • Use data and analytics to inform campaign planning, enhance performance, and drive business impact.
  • Monitor and adopt emerging trends, technologies, and competitive best practices to fuel innovation.
  • Ensure digital strategy aligns with acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.
  • Maximize paid media effectiveness across online and offline channels, ensuring end-to-end customer journey optimization.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Wealth and Retail Banking segments to support business goals through digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with Digital Sales to drive customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing via paid digital channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities using data, customer insights, and business analytics.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal, brand, and data privacy standards and guidelines.
  • Uphold compliance with global and local marketing regulations and internal governance protocols.

People & Talent

  • Operate effectively within a global matrix structure, collaborating with regional marketing teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, product, sales, and technology teams.
  • Effectively manage agency partners and ensure external deliverables align with strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Support diversity and inclusion in all team initiatives.

Risk & Governance

  • Uphold marketing consistency and brand integrity across channels, regions, and campaigns.
  • Establish a standardized marketing operating rhythm for campaign planning, execution, measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks and ensure marketing execution meets all compliance obligations.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Act as a role model of integrity by demonstrating high ethical standards in alignment with our client’s values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal accountability for compliance and risk mitigation in all marketing practices.
  • Identify and escalate risk or conduct issues as appropriate.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within financial services
  • Proven success in launching multi-market campaigns and hands-on experience with Adobe tech stack, analytics platforms, and CDPs/DMPs
  • Strong capabilities in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and media operations
  • Experience with marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and MarTech integration
  • Familiarity with financial services and regulatory environments
