LEO INTERNATIONAL FAMILY OFFICE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Specialist to manage IT infrastructure, end-user support, cybersecurity, and systems administration across regional and overseas entities. You will ensure stable day-to-day operations and support growth through scalable technology solutions.

The role is hands-on and requires comfort working in a fast-paced multinational environment with regional stakeholders and cross-border requirements, covering offices and remote users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT infrastructure including devices, networks, and office equipment.
• Provide remote and on-site IT support for overseas offices and regional users.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs across jurisdictions.
• Ensure consistency of IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity measures, access controls, and data protection.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
• Assist in IT projects, cloud migrations, and digital transformation.
• Handle asset management, licenses, and budgeting.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support.
