Job summary

DOODLE LABS (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to own the company’s IT systems, from laptops and servers to network security and IAM. You’ll partner with engineering, operations, HR, and leadership while supporting a globally distributed team.

Lead IT governance, disaster recovery, and security practices, and mentor junior staff. This role reports to Finance Director and requires multi-region coordination.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of IT administration or network engineering experience, end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building IT infrastructure in a multi-region, fast-growing company.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams administration, and security.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain company IT infrastructure, including laptops, servers, and networks.
• Administer LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi to ensure uptime and security.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and access controls.
• Provide global user support across time zones and regions.
• Develop IT policy, governance, disaster recovery, and security standards.
• Oversee IAM, DNS/DHCP, AD, and server/virtualization platforms.
