ByteDance is seeking an Internal Control Specialist for the Creativity Service Platform in Singapore. You will support global business operations by refining internal procedures, risk assessments, and control environments across cloud services and SaaS offerings.

Mandarin capability is required to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking markets. Join a fast-paced corporate function hub in APAC, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive risk identification, root-cause analysis, and action plans

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Min 5+ years of experience in internal controls, risk control, risk management, compliance, audit, or related function.
• Proficiency in analytical skills with ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ethics, dedicated work attitude, high motivation, and results orientation.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory and control environments, including COSO framework.

Responsabilidades

• Identify risks and conduct risk analysis; develop tools and templates to improve processes, approvals, and policies.
• Provide research, analysis, and insights for management reporting on effectiveness, efficiency, user experience, and feasibility.
