Job summary

Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead audits across overseas subsidiaries, especially in China and India. You will work with local management and the Head of Internal Audit to deliver practical, value-adding recommendations and support governance training.

You will join a small global team, travel frequently, and report to the Head of Internal Audit and the Audit Committee to ensure robust controls and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Min 2–3 years in internal audit management at a multinational company.
• Business-level English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently, mainly to China and India.
• Consulting-oriented problem solver with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan/Coordinate/Manage J-SOX tests for overseas subsidiaries (China, India, Italy, Bosnia, US) and resolve conflicts/interests.
• Investigate whistle-blowing cases reported from overseas subsidiaries.
• Prepare materials for Audit Committee meetings and senior management presentations.
• Perform internal audit duties assigned by Top Management and the Audit Committee.
• Prepare governance/compliance training materials.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop audit hypotheses, and perform data analytics with actionable findings.
• Document audit working papers and draft reports for senior management.
• Handle additional duties or projects as assigned by Head of Internal Audit and top Management.
