Job summary

CNE INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Manager, Global Audit, Risk & Governance to provide independent assurance across its international operations and renewable energy projects outside China.

You will lead risk-based internal audits, enterprise risk management, governance and internal control frameworks, while advising the Board on key risks and improvements. Qualifications

• Mastery of internal audit, risk management and governance frameworks.
• Experience in cross-border or multi-country audits and governance reviews.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based internal audits and governance reviews across international subsidiaries and investments.
• Develop annual and risk-based audit plans covering financial, operational, project and governance risks.
• Assess effectiveness of internal controls, processes and delegated authorities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain the Group’s risk management framework for international operations and investments.
• Establish consistent methodologies for risk identification, assessment, mitigation and escalation.
• Maintain consolidated risk registers including KRIs and risk thresholds.
• Develop governance policies, internal control frameworks and minimum control standards across international operations.
• Review processes, approval authorities and segregation of duties to identify governance gaps.
• Identify policy and compliance gaps and implement remediation measures.
• Provide independent assurance over major international investments and projects (Solar PV, BESS, Wind, Data Centres).
• Review CAPEX utilisation, budgets, procurement payments and change orders for major projects.
• Coordinate audit, risk and governance activities across APAC, Europe, Americas and other markets.
