Job summary

Vanderlande in Singapore seeks an Integration Engineer to design, test and integrate complex airport and parcel systems. You will create test designs, implement tests, set up environments and conduct on-site testing with global teams.

You will analyze results, discuss with developers and clients, and may progress to roles such as Solution Architect or Integration Manager. Requires 3-8 years experience, a Bachelor or Master degree, IT affinity, testing knowledge, and 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Analytical problem solver with systems perspective.
• Affinity with IT and Industrial Automation.
• Basic knowledge of Systems Engineering or Software development.
• Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
• 3-8 years relevant experience.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel about 60% of the time.
• Knowledge of automated test-tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make test designs and test plans based on system design, risk analysis and customer demands.
• Implement test cases, scripts and stubs, prepare the test execution for IFT (factory) & IST (site).
• Set up and configure test environments and the test tooling.
• Execute the integration-, system- and customer acceptance tests inhouse and on-site.
• Analyze and report the test results, (production) problems and verify solutions.
• Discuss results with developers, solution architects / clients or other team members.
