The Integration Manager will lead system design, integration, and testing for complex airport and parcel automation projects in the APAC region. You will manage technical risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless customer handovers through rigorous verification and validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level education in engineering or logistics.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with airport or parcel automation domains.

Job Summary

As an Integration Manager in the APAC project integration department, you will lead system design, integration, and testing for complex airport and parcel automation projects, managing technical risks and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless customer handovers.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional design to translate customer requirements into effective, low-risk solutions


• Advise on standard and special solution impacts to optimize system design


• Identify technical risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies


• Develop and execute system integration plans, test plans, and test specifications with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers


• Lead the test phase to ensure smooth transition to customer operational processes


• Analyze customer processes to accurately assess change impacts and advise stakeholders


• Monitor project progress and deliver clear, concise reports to management


• Oversee supplier component deliveries through verification and validation processes


• Integrate subsystems into existing customer systems to ensure compatibility and performance


• Ensure system handover meets specifications after thorough testing and validation


• Build and maintain partnerships with customers and internal/external suppliers


• Balance quality, lead time, and cost considerations in decision-making


• Motivate and build teams across all organizational levels


• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal


• Travel up to 50% to project sites during handover phases

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Technical or logistics education at Bachelor or Master level


• Familiarity with customer processes in Airport or Parcel Automation


• Experience with systems engineering processes including requirement management, verification and validation, change management, and configuration management
