Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking a Global Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager to drive large-scale initiatives spanning data centres, networks, security, and ITSM. The role collaborates with global teams, vendors, and executives to deliver complex programs and ensure seamless transitions to BAU support.

You will oversee governance, risk, and budgeting while coordinating across regions, aligning with business goals in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of infrastructure project or program management experience.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills.
• Experience in Data Centre, Network, Security, Cloud, or ITSM projects.
• Strong governance, planning, risk, dependency, and budget management experience.

Join a global IT transformation team driving large-scale infrastructure and security modernization initiatives across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead global infrastructure transformation programs across network, security, workplace, and service management domains.
• Drive project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
• Coordinate global, regional, and local IT teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Manage key initiatives including:
• SASE Transformation
• ServiceNow & ITSM Transformation
• Network & Infrastructure Modernisation
• Security Improvement Programs
• Ensure successful delivery through strong governance, executive reporting, operational readiness, and transition to BAU support.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of Infrastructure Project or Program Management experience

Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills

Experience in Data Centre, Network, Security, Cloud, or ITSM projects

Strong governance, planning, risk, dependency, and budget management experience

Comfortable working across global and regional teams in a matrix environment
