Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, math, or related discipline.
• Experience programming through side projects or coursework; familiarity with Ruby/Java/JavaScript/Go/Scala.
• Past internships or team projects showing feedback incorporation and collaboration.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems via self-driven research and mentor guidance.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate development with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Join as an integrated team member, contribute to discussions and design processes.
• Write production-quality software with measurable impact on Stripe's users.
• Provide and receive constructive code reviews and design feedback.
