Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field, by summer 2027.
• New grads with no more than 18 months of professional experience.
• Experience with programming in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go.
• Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems with mentorship.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development with rigorous thinking.
