Purpose of the role

The Global Center of Excellence HR ensures an excellent user experience for Epiroc employees in core HR applications through innovative solutions and outstanding service. The role involves digitalization, automation, and proactive system support to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for global HR applications such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Power BI, etc., and be the first point of contact for users.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives aligned with roadmaps and business strategies.
• Analyze incidents and propose improvements to applications and processes.
• Collaborate with Global HR Analysts and Specialists to develop training materials, manuals, and videos to empower users and reduce support tickets.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets professionally and promptly.
• Test new features and contribute to process improvements to enhance service and business performance.
• Model data-driven working practices.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems and ticketing systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
• Interest in systems, reporting, and HR processes.

Location and Travel

Based in Pune or Bangalore, India. Travel may be required.
