Context of the role

Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, this role will be responsible for leading our Workplace Experience teams globally, ensuring smooth operations of all our offices and a positive and collaborative office work experience for all employees.

Responsibilities
Office Management
  • Lead a team of Workplace professionals to ensure that our > 15 offices globally are well-maintained and properly managed.
  • Directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Singapore HQ office.
  • Responsible for the opening of new offices around the world as we continue to expand.
  • Manage office support activities, including overseeing stationery and pantry supplies, post/courier services, locker and building access cards.
  • Ensure office health and safety by administering workplace safety measures and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
Workplace Experience
  • Design and execute a workplace experience strategy to ensure employees have a positive and productive experience in the office.
  • Design and manage a schedule of exciting workplace events and activities in all of our global offices.
  • Assist in organizing internal employee events not owned by Workplace Experience.
Travel Management
  • Responsibility for all global travel, travel processes/policies, and third party relationships.
Team Management
  • Manage the team responsible for delivering our workplace experience, office management, and global travel services.
Budget Management
  • Oversee global budget for Workplace Experience and Travel and partner with Finance to ensure budgets are approved and managed.
  • Manage Workplace expenses and invoices, and support finance with a monthly recharge process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or any related field.
  • 10+ years of working experience with expertise in both office management and workplace experience.
  • Experience managing a team of distributed employees.
  • Experience putting together budgets and partnering with finance to manage these.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical decision-making skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
  • Results-driven and process-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to key office locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and GDocs.
