We are currently seeking a Global Head of Sales for a permanent position based in Singapore.

Role Overview

As the Global Head of Sales, you will lead the global sales function across multiple business verticals and regions.

This role requires a strategic and commercially minded leader to build high-value client relationships, lead a high-performing sales team, and drive ecosystem engagement.

A key priority is integrating forums, advisory services, and platforms into a cohesive, growth-aligned offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop global sales strategies across forums, advisory, and sponsorships.
  • Expand the advisory practice by identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders across private and public sectors to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights to influence product and service development.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and report to senior management.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and forums, building relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Establish the brand as a trusted industry leader and advisor, supported by primary data, research, and insights into financial services and technology trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in consulting or sales within the Financial Services or Technology sectors.
  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships in both private and/or public sector environments.
  • Deep understanding of the global FinTech ecosystem, including current trends, innovations, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience scaling sales teams and managing P&L responsibilities is preferred.
