Job Description

Algonomy is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead global demand generation and brand-building initiatives. The role will drive end-to-end growth marketing strategy across inbound, outbound, and digital channels to accelerate pipeline development and brand recall. The ideal candidate has marketing experience across the USA, Europe, and Asia, with expertise in new-age marketing techniques and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategy & Branding: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies encompassing inbound (Content, SEO, Webinars/podcasts) and outbound (Emails, ABM, paid media, Events) campaigns. Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance organic traffic and search engine rankings. Own website strategy, including design, content, and user experience to improve brand presence and engagement. Drive targeted digital campaigns and consistent messaging to enhance brand recall and conversions.
  2. Pipeline development and Analysis: Own monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound lead (SQL) generation goals across global markets (Asia, USA, Europe). Conduct detailed pipeline analysis segmented by region and product to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Collaboration & Technology: Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and messaging. Own and utilize marketing technology (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive efficiency and actionable insights. Incorporate new-age lead generation tools and processes (social selling, ABM, video prospecting) with tight integration into Salesforce CRM.
  4. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team of over 12 members to achieve strategic marketing goals.
Key Metrics for This Role
  • Pipeline: 3X of annual order booking goals
  • Qualified leads: Leads to proposal ratio >= 33%
  • Domain Authority, social media followers, and engagement
Relevant Experience
  • Proven experience in managing both demand generation (inbound and outbound) and brand marketing.
  • Extensive growth marketing experience across the USA, Europe, and Asia.
  • Led SaaS marketing teams of 10 or more members with a track record of delivering results.
  • Expertise in new-age marketing techniques such as social selling, ABM, and video prospecting.
  • Growth marketing experience in marketing and merchandising solutions is preferred.
