Job summary

The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) invites high-potential individuals to join its EDB Associate Programme, a 10-month entry path that builds core capabilities across investment promotion, industry development and policy planning.

You begin with a bootcamp, then rotate across divisions to gain exposure to multi-stakeholder collaboration, and receive language training to engage global partners. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or early careerists with <2 years experience at programme start.
• Graduates from all disciplines; STEM, humanities and others welcome.
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Proficiency in a third language is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-month bootcamp and rotations across divisions.
• Engage with companies and partners in Investment Promotion streams.
• Contribute to industry development initiatives and policy planning frameworks.
• Undergo language training to engage global partners.
