Job summary

Secretlab in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Freight Specialist to manage port-to-door freight operations across regions, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. You will coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams to resolve in-transit issues and drive process improvements.

Role requires fluent English and Mandarin, strong understanding of shipping docs and Incoterms, and experience with inbound/outbound shipments (FCL/LCL).

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound/outbound shipments (FCL/LCL) and shipping documents such as BL, PL, CI.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms (FOB, DDP, DAP).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong communication with internal teams and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

• Manage region freight operations (port-to-door) and related documentation.
• Monitor delivery timelines; coordinate with service providers to resolve in-transit issues.
• Collaborate with Freight team to optimize processes and systems.
• Maintain clear communications with Fulfillment, Supply & Demand teams.
• Analyze and contribute to monthly operational reports; ensure data accuracy in dashboards.
