Job summary

JTI is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in Singapore to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across Cluster markets including Australia, Thailand, and Singapore. You will help consolidate budgets, validate inputs, and analyze variances to drive business decisions.

The role requires 2 years of FP&A experience, a Finance/Accounting degree, strong English, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and Excel+SAP.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or Accounting
2 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related position, preferably in international or FMCG environment is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required
Foundational understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide FP&A support across Cluster markets (Australia, Thailand, Singapore) for budgeting, planning and forecasting.
Prepare and consolidate planning templates and working files; validate inputs with budget owners.
Analyze P&L variances and support management reporting and scenario analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data quality.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes and data integrity in finance systems.
