Job summary

Swiss Re invites graduates to join its CFK-Global Finance Operations & Transformation division for an 18‑month graduate programme. You’ll experience on‑ and off‑the‑job training, with a job rotation across different finance units and exposure to critical reporting and analytics.

You’ll work closely with senior professionals to support accounting initiatives and management information materials. The role focuses on accounting for (re)insurance, monthly closings, and cross‑department projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy or Finance (Bachelor, Master or PhD).
• CPA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support monthly closing processes and internal control for finance governance.
• Assist in statutory & regulatory reporting under IFRS 17 and MAS.
• Prepare management information materials and coordinate cross-department projects.
• Collaborate with senior finance professionals and analysts across business units.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including Tax and Asset Management.
