Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations & Maintenance or Engineering in facilities, semiconductor, or other manufacturing.
• Experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
• Project management experience with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s).
• Track and communicate progress of Standardization and TPM adherence.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve operations performance.
