Global Facilities Program Manager
Description

As a Global Facilities Program Manager, you will work closely with all major functional organizations within Global Facilities, the worldwide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team, OCT Workforce Development (WFD), and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Supporting Global Fac Workforce Development (WFD) to establish and maintain training plans, training assignments, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Learning Items, quizzes, and tracking of training status across the Global Fac network. Supporting documentation to maintain the Global Fac Controlled Document Library, including documentation control, ECN notifications, and Periodic Document Review (PDR).
  2. Creating, leading, and maintaining Projects/Programs, including project definition, work breakdown structures, schedules, communication plans, scope documents, stakeholder analysis; organizing meetings; developing presentations, agendas, minutes; tracking action items; identifying and resolving risks; establishing metrics; and monitoring program status.
  3. Collaborating with Global and Site Facilities, PMO, IT, systems owners, and developers to develop and deploy reports, programs, and processes to diverse audiences.
  4. Serving as owner of Global Facilities systems and solutions (SharePoint, EDC, SQL Servers, MT Groups, Web Interface Design), providing support, guidance, and advice.
  5. Providing governance, alignment, and mentorship on project management and related processes, adjusting priorities as needed.
  6. Building and maintaining reports and dashboards with metrics owners and systems teams.
  7. Driving accountability and continuous improvement through effective communication, feedback, and project updates.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience with Micron WFD & Document Control systems (Workday Training, OJTCert, EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills for complex projects.
  • Knowledge and experience with Micron systems (EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to build teams and secure management support.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional, organized, meticulous, with analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboarding software (PowerBI) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Automate, PowerApps).
Senior Quality Management Systems Engineer
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Project/Program management is preferable
