Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills to build teams and gain management buy-in for complex programs.
• Collaborative across boundaries and geographies with a proven track record.
• Professional, organized, meticulous with strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• 5+ years of Facilities semiconductor industry engineering experience preferred.
• Project/program management experience is preferable.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint Online and MS Office suite.
• Familiar with MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, and Error-Proofing.

Aufgaben

• Lead and orchestrate cross-functional program and portfolio execution with GFs, PMO, IT, and site teams.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance across projects, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Define and sustain enterprise performance management via dashboards and reports.
• Drive accountability with milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
• Serve as accountable owner for Global Facilities platforms (SharePoint, EDC, SQL, Teams).
