Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of cost control experience in semiconductor construction or similar capital projects.
• Strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost control software.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and monitor budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and contingency drawdown for projects.
• Track and analyze project costs and variances; recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct cost risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review material contracts and subcontracts for budget alignment with project specs.
• Manage change orders and CMOC processes for cost controls.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement and construction to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and present recommendations to management.
• Prepare cost reports and presentations for stakeholders; maintain WBS dictionary and standards.
• Use cost control software and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
