Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist to lead development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise risk management framework. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to strengthen governance, assess risks, monitor KRIs, and drive risk initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, risk management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant operational risk or ERM experience.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of ERM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare risk reports and materials for senior management and Board Committees.
• Maintain KRIs and risk reporting with Risk Champions across LOD.
• Consolidate operational risk incidents and perform trend analysis.
• Assist in risk assessments for new products and initiatives.
• Prepare risk dashboards and analytics for management oversight.
