Work you’ll do

As an Associate in our Global Employer Services team, you will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to multinational clients. You will play a key role in supporting projects related to global mobility, individual taxation, and cross-border assignments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, organizing, and transforming raw data into meaningful information for analysis and reporting.
  • Developing and applying relevant tax knowledge across the Global Tax & Legal function in day-to-day engagements.
  • Preparing tax computations and provisions in accordance with relevant regulations, policies, and firm procedures.
  • Conducting research on domestic and international tax regulations to support drafting of tax positions, memos, and client reports, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assisting in liaising with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders regarding individual and employer-related tax matters.
  • Embracing a global mindset to understand clients’ policies, processes, and international mobility frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with excellent academic achievements (minimum GPA of 3.00), majoring in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Law, or other relevant fields.
  • Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (including strong presentation skills).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team of professionals at all levels.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and innovation in the field of global mobility and tax advisory.
