Job description

As a Global Education Specialist at Pathvista Consultants, located in the Greater Delhi region, you will play a crucial role in guiding international students towards making informed education choices. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting consultations with students and families to understand their academic backgrounds and career aspirations. Based on this understanding, you will recommend suitable courses and institutions across countries like New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. It is essential to ensure that the program selections align with potential post-study opportunities, which will be discussed in coordination with our Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA).Moreover, you will be tasked with assisting in the application submission process, documentation, and maintaining effective communication with international institutions. Your role will also involve liaising with students and education providers to track applications and provide necessary support for follow-ups.In this position, compliance support plays a vital role. It is crucial not to provide immigration advice directly but to coordinate all settlement or visa-related queries through our Licensed Immigration Adviser. Maintaining accurate records and client notes will be necessary to support compliance and ensure a smooth handover to the LIA for visa stages.Additionally, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions. Participation in regional education expos, school outreach events, and webinars may be required to represent Pathvista and engage with the market effectively.Contribution to local marketing campaigns in the Delhi NCR region and support for student-focused content and awareness campaigns under the guidance of the NZ team will also be a part of your responsibilities.To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling or international education. Familiarity with student visa systems, particularly in New Zealand, is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential, while proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam would be advantageous. Your ability to coordinate effectively, provide excellent client service, and adhere to regulations such as NZQA and IAA will be beneficial.As an ideal candidate, you are ethical, professional, and prioritize the client's needs. You should be comfortable working remotely with international teams and willing to accommodate flexible hours to align with the working hours in New Zealand. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 will be advantageous for performing your duties efficiently.In this role, you will report to the Licensed Immigration Adviser (IAA License No. hidden_mobile) based in New Zealand. Regular liaison with Pathvista's NZ and offshore teams will be essential to ensure effective coordination and communication within the organization.,
