Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting.
• Overseas market exposure (Southeast Asia / Europe / Middle East).
• Strong commercial analytics: able to draw judgement from market data, financials and unit economics.
• Proven 0-1 external partnership experience: independently sourced and landed at least one strategic partnership.

Responsibilities

• Market strategy & competitive intelligence: build and run an ongoing market intelligence system for overseas digital advertising and games; produce decision-ready strategy papers.
• Inorganic growth: target screening, commercial due diligence and deal support; maintain a live target pipeline and deliver recommendations.
• Ecosystem & strategic partnerships: design partnership strategy for overseas ecosystem players and lead deals from zero to one; launch joint go-to-market programmes.
