Emerald Clinical Trials Inc. in Australia is seeking a highly organized Project Specialist to support Early Phase project management. You will help deliver global clinical trials, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality meet standards.

You will coordinate documentation, budgets, and cross-functional meetings, with proficiency in MS Office and CTMS/eTMF. A life sciences degree and 1–3 years of trial experience are expected, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
• 1–3 years in clinical research, with trial coordination and project support.
• Experience in CRO/sponsor environments preferred.
• Familiarity with CTMS/eTMF processes and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Project Managers.
• Manage study documentation and maintain trackers and systems.
• Coordinate internal and external project meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Follow up on action items and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Support communications with clinical sites, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Assist TMF maintenance and file quality reviews.
